As a marine biologist and scuba instructor, I am accustomed to sampling exceptional seafood, but the innovative approach here left a lasting impression. The dining area, with its modern and bright design, provided a warm ambiance that enhanced the experience. I opted for a few regional specialties, each thoughtfully presented and rich in flavor. While I found the breakfast selection somewhat limited, the quality of the dishes was commendable. The serene location near the reservoir complemented the culinary journey, creating a harmonious blend of nature and gastronomy. I highly recommend Stausee-Hotel for those seeking an inviting retreat that emphasizes both comfort and quality dining.
